The MFX-01 Actuator is designed to open and close in gravity die casting applications. It is primarily used for accurate filling of sand molds in rapidly moving lines as seen above.

In order to empty small containers with liquid non-ferrous metals (up to 400°C), Carli Precimeter GmbH offers a submerged pump designed as a mobile system.

A special feature of the system is additional cooling performed by compressed air, which can be used as required.
