| Round pumps
Electromagnetic round pumps of Carli Electro
Automation GmbH are used, with automatic soldering
processes or as submersible pump to empty
Solder baths or customer specific solutions.
This pump system can be extended for higher
flow rates. The pump is not self extracting.
Therefore at least 1/3 of the pump channel
must be filled with molten metal.
The round pump was conceived for the employment
at high temperatures to maximally 800°C
temperature. The performance of the pump
is temperature-dependent. In order to be
able to ensure the performance of the pump,
we recommend to keep the magnet frame temperature
under 400°C. If necessary a forced air
cooling must be used.
Round pump R6-D85 for automatic soldering systems
For automatic soldering systems like partial
soldering units, the electromagnetic round
pump R6-D85 is used. The advantage is a laminar
flow resulting out of the electromagnetic
force and a stable solder column, free of
pulsating influence or disturbances.
Round pump R6-D85-P for Vessel emptying
The electromagnetic round pump R6-D85 of CARLI
ELECTRO AUTOMATION GMBH can also be used as
submerged or transfer pump mobile and flexible
for emptying solder baths, tin baths and lead
alloy baths.
